The Office of Admission will not treat you asFeb 24 2004Psychology
The Office of Admission will not treat you as a number, but they care about each prospective student individually. Be honest and be yourself! The important thing to figure out is if you and Knox are a good match!

I worked hard in high school to achieve what I didFeb 23 2004Biology
I worked hard in high school to achieve what I did. All I can say to students who are looking at Knox is work hard and your accomplishments will be recognized. Take all those recommended classes, but take electives that interest you. Don't think that you need a clue about what you're going to major in when you get to college - you have time to decide after you've taken a few classes! Look at a variety of schools, but have a set list of criteria. Try to visit before you apply.
ACT: 32 SAT: 1320 Female
I was honest in my interviews, outgoing and friendlyDec 02 2003Psychology
I was honest in my interviews, outgoing and friendly. Even if you're the slightest bit interested, act like every school is your first choice school. ask lots of meaningful questions, especially about programs at the college. and i wrote my admissions essay about something personal. somehting that changed my life completely. i had a friend write about how when she was 11/12 her mother was addicted to meth, how that changed her life. she got into all of her schools with the essay. take a risk and show a side of yourself, they'll appreciate the authenticity. (just remember not to tell them you're doing drugs now! :))
ACT: 26 SAT: 1200 Female
